01 — The service
Fridgini is an AI-powered app that analyzes photos of your fridge or pantry and generates recipe suggestions based on what it finds. The app is operated by KIG Holdings LLC.
Recipe suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. Always use your own judgment when preparing food.
02 — Free tier & subscription
New users receive 5 free fridge scans. No credit card required.
After your free scans are used, you can subscribe for unlimited access.
$3.99 per month
Billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). All subscription management, including cancellation, is done through your device's store settings. We do not process or store your payment information.
To cancel on iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fridgini.
To cancel on Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → Fridgini.
03 — Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.
You can delete your account at any time from the app. See our account deletion page for details.

Recipes and ingredient identifications are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your dietary needs or health conditions. Fridgini is not a medical or nutritional service.
Always verify ingredients and recipes against your own knowledge, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions. KIG Holdings LLC is not liable for any issues arising from following AI-generated recipe suggestions.
06 — Intellectual property
The Fridgini app, name, logo, and all associated content are owned by KIG Holdings LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Content you create using the app (recipe ideas, saved meals) belongs to you.
07 — Disclaimers & liability
Fridgini is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIG Holdings LLC's liability to you for any claim arising from use of Fridgini is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
08 — Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
09 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
